Situated at each end of a 17th Century cob terrace, the lovingly restored and furnished Rose Cottages are within a short walking distance from shops, restaurants and inns. The popular local family beach at Trevaunance Cove is within 800yds. The cottages offer an excellent base for you to enjoy all the other local beaches as well as providing a central location for you to explore the coast, countryside, towns and villages of Cornwall, including the ancient cathedral city of Truro, the astonishing Eden Project near St Austell, the contemporary Tate Gallery in picturesque St Ives and the innovative National Maritime Museum at Falmouth.

Located in a calm wooded valley conservation area in the middle of St Agnes, the cottages provide an idyllic holiday setting amongst mature trees, abundant wildlife and a stream wending its way at the end of the garden. Imagine waking to the dawn chorus and the quiet distant babbling of the brook! If you take both cottages together, you can visit each other without leaving the garden.

1 Rose Cottages Sleeps 4 - Open All Year Tariff £260 to £610 per week (All inclusive, no other charges)

Lovingly restored to provide extremely comfortable accommodation with whitewashed walls, exposed beams and interesting niches. Downstairs, there is an inglenook fireplace and beamed ceiling to lounge/dining together with a separate well equipped pine kitchen. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one larger than the other with double bed and pine bunk beds respectively. A modern bathroom with shower over bath completes the internal accommodation.

Outside in the small front garden, a sheltered patio with BBQ shelf and furniture for those al fresco meals & drinks in the sunshine.

Off road car parking space.

The Cottage has been furnished and equipped to provide TV with freeview channels, video, DVD, audio system, electric cooker, washer, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster & night storage heaters. Duvets and linen are provided, made up for your stay.

Pets welcome by arrangement only. Please note that young children are at risk from the stream.

3 Rose Cottages Sleeps 6 - Open All Year Tariff £390 to £840 per week (All inclusive, no other charges)

Lovingly restored and extended during the winter of 2005/6 the cottage provides extremely cosy accommodation with whitewashed walls and exposed beams. Downstairs, there is a large lounge, dining room together with a newly equipped kitchen and utility room. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, one double with new en-suite bathroom with separate shower, two twin bedded rooms and a bathroom with shower over bath.

Outside in the small front garden, a sheltered patio with furniture for those al fresco meals & drinks in the sunshine.

Off road car parking space.

The Cottage has full central heating and has been superbly furnished and equipped during the refurbishment to provide TV, DVD, audio, electric cooker, dish washer, washing machine, fridge, microwave & toaster. A telephone is provided for incoming calls. Duvets and linen are provided and made up for your stay.
