An Trenaw, a detached bungalow in a quiet cul-de-sac of similar properties, is located at the foot of the Beacon just 5 minutes walk to the centre of the village. It is a mile to the main beach at Trevaunance Cove and 1½ miles to the National Trust beach at Chapel Porth – both have lifeguards in the season.

Spring comes early in Cornwall. The gardens contain palm trees and more traditional plants, a lawn for sunbathing, a patio area for sitting out, and a barbeque for those alfresco evenings. The Beacon and more distant views can be seen from the front garden.

Inside it has been completely renovated and modernised in 2004. The new oil-fired central heating is complemented by double glazing throughout and by well insulated walls and loft. Designed for comfortable living, this home-from-home is fully equipped in a warm contemporary style.

     

Accommodation comprises:

A newly fitted bath room, with power shower over the bath; a separate cloakroom; a newly fitted kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge and a washing machine (tumble drier in garage); a comfortable sitting room with TV/DVD, video and radio has a door to the south-facing rear garden; a separate dining room and two warm inviting bedrooms. One bedroom has twin beds, the other a double and a single. Both have chest of drawers, hanging space and clock/radios.

Bed linen (with duvet), towels and tea towels are provided. Please bring your own sunbathing or beach towels if required. An Trenaw will be fully serviced for your arrival after 4pm. Please leave by 10am on your last day to allow for cleaning etc.
