This cosy, attractive, fully equipped apartment lies only half a mile from the surfing beach, Trevaunance Cove, and minutes from breathtaking scenery, cliff walks and country lanes. It is a self-contained wing of a Victorian village house. Wooden steps lead from the car park to a decking area and balcony entrance.

The accommodation includes a lounge with colour TV, DVD and video, two bedrooms; one double with second colour TV and one twin bedded room. The bathroom is semi-clad in pine and has bath, wc and separate shower cubicle. The kitchen/diner has window seat, pine table and chairs seating 4/5 people, a fridge-freezer, electric cooker, microwave, etc. . Bed and kitchen linen, personal towels, electricity and a service wash are all included in the price. Cot and linen, highchair, stairgate, etc are freely available. Central heating is also provided free of charge from October to March.

The sheltered garden is a suntrap and has lawn, picnic area bounded by stone walls, decking area, garden furniture and gas barbecue. Parking for one car is available on site.

Adjoining the main house is a "Londis" Convenience store fully stocked plus Instore bakery, newsagency, DVD/video rentals and off licence. Restaurants, pubs, wine bars and gift shops are all available within walking distance.
