Goonown Farmhouse and Barn date back over 300 years and have been owned by members of the same family throughout this period, although not now a working farm.

The Barn has been recently converted into three attractive self contained units which retain much of the original character of the property with open beams throughout the downstairs rooms and in the master bedroom. On the first floor are two double bedrooms and shower room. A single bed or cot can be added to the master bedroom if required. A well equipped fitted kitchen / dining area and a comfortable lounge with patio doors opening onto small patio area at the rear of each apartment.

• Electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine.
• All bedding, bed linen and towels (but not for beach use) are provided.
• T.V. and video. All electricity is included in the price.
• Ample off road parking. B.B.Q. area.
• Pets welcome by arrangement.

St. Agnes is a friendly village on the north coast of Cornwall. The village centre containing a good variety of shops, pubs and eating places is a short (5 minute) walk away. The local beaches of Trevaunance Cove and Chapel Porth are approx. 1 mile away, with magnificent coastal walks and scenery.

St. Agnes is located midway between the larger resorts of Newquay and St. Ives, whilst Truro the principal shopping centre is only 8 miles distant and the popular Eden project is only a forty minutes drive. But if you want to leave the car behind the bus service to Truro stops immediately outside our farmyard gate.
