This picturesque cottage is 300 years old, secluded in its own gardens and woodland, yet only yards away from shops and pubs as well as being very close to the centre of St Agnes. The walk to the popular beach of St Agnes takes a few minutes.

The accommodation consists of three bedrooms (one double, one twin and one with bunk beds), a shower room, a bathroom, a 22 foot lounge, a generous kitchen with slate tiling and pine cupboards, a laundry room, and a large carpeted square conservatory that extends the house into the lush gardens.

Facilities include a TV, video player, and stereo system in the lounge; cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher in the kitchen; and washing machine and tumble dryer in the laundry room.

The gardens offer complete privacy and an impressive variety of trees, shrubs and plants. A sizeable lawn surrounds the conservatory and provides outdoor seating. A patio table and chairs with sun umbrella are available. Beside the lawn there is a drop to a natural stream that runs through the gardens towards the nearby sea: the sound of running water and birdcalls from the surrounding trees enhance the impression of being in a secluded plot in the midst of nature.

A lockable double garage as well as a two-car space in front of the garage provides parking.

Pets are welcome by arrangement.
