New Renovation in a classic style with sea view glimpses and classic sunset views from the balcony,shared garden,electric included,fully fitted kitchen,bath and shower 2 double bedrooms and a double sofa bed,off road parking,heating,seperate patio and BBQ area,bed lined included towels are not.5 mins walk to cliff path, or to the shops and pubs and 10 mins to trevaunance cove or trevellas.

I days free surfing equipment hire and a free surfing lesson included.

Accommodation comprises:

A newly fitted bath room, with power shower over the bath; a separate cloakroom; a newly fitted kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge and a washing machine (tumble drier in garage); a comfortable sitting room with TV/DVD, video and radio has a door to the south-facing rear garden; a separate dining room and two warm inviting bedrooms. One bedroom has twin beds, the other a double and a single. Both have chest of drawers, hanging space and clock/radios.
