Two bedroomed holiday home located on the John Fowler Perran View site mid way between St Agnes and Perranporth. The accommodation is on two levels with a good sized lounge and kitchen/diner on the ground floor and on the first a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bath/wc. The property sleeps up to six people with the use of a sofa bed in the lounge if required.
The kitchen has a fitted electric oven and hob and benefits from a fridge and microwave. There is a colour TV and DVD and the accommodation has electric heating and is available to hire all year round.
On site there is an indoor pool and sauna, clubhouse and bar with take-away food. There is a small shop, tennis courts, mini golf and play areas. The facilities are open from early March through to the end of October.
Nearby there are a number of excellent surfing beaches and the accommodation provides a good base for touring this lovely area of Cornwall.
