The caravan, has 6 berths, a double bed in a master bedroom, 2 bunk-beds in a bunk-bedroom, and a double pull out bed in a sitting room/diner.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with a gas cooker and a fridge. In the bathroom is a shower, flush toilet and wash basin. There is a gas heater in the sitting room. Pillows and duvets plus blankets are provided but not bed linen (unless by prior arrangement).

It is sited in sheltered gardens near to the farm house, down a 150m drive, at the centre of our 20 acre smallholding. The land is all pasture. We have some ponies, friendly dogs and some cats.

We welcome visiting pets if safe with the livestock.

Mithian is a small village roughly 2 miles from the coast, between St. Agnes and Perranporth which both have good surfing beaches. Being half way up the north Cornish coast we are within easy reach of the Eden Project, coastal walks, riding stables and other holiday attractions.

• Electricity £1 meter

Deposit £30 / week on booking, 50% of balance two weeks prior to holiday.

Each week normally runs from 2pm Saturday (earlier is sometimes possible)
